The concierge fee sits separate from the restaurant, hammam, and shopping spend, which on a 12-guest peak week clears at 18,000 to 62,000 euros depending on the program.
The four-hammam roster for a strong Marrakech week breaks across the days as follows. The Royal Mansour hammam on the arrival-day afternoon at 16:00 to 18:00 resets the family after the flight. The in-riad hammam (where the riad has one, which 62 percent of the medina book in his 2026 calendar does) on day three or four runs as the morning slot before the souk afternoon. The La Mamounia Hammam Royal on the closing-day afternoon runs the longer reset with the pastry close at the spa cafe. Les Bains de Marrakech runs the second-tier alternate for the non-hotel guest at a lower spend, and the senior concierge places Les Bains for the day-three slot when the in-riad option is not on the property. A longer massage section than the 1,500 dirham Hammam Evasion. A tea-and-pastry close in the spa garden. The closing-afternoon placement runs 14:00 to 17:00. The booking requires the spa-suite identity at the time of placement and the riad's contract number on the deposit. The cancellation policy inside 72 hours forfeits 50 percent of the booking. The Hammam Evasion at 1,500 dirhams is the shorter option, with a 75-minute service window. One call type he no longer takes. The same-day couples hammam booking at Royal Mansour or La Mamounia on a Friday or Saturday in the December and February peak weeks. The placement rate on a same-day request is under 12 percent. The failure forces the family to a third-tier hammam outside the medina or the Palmeraie, which is not what the riad brief specified. A medina-and-Palmeraie driver-with-car for a Marrakech week in 2026 clears at 280 to 480 euros per day. The medina road plan does not allow more than 6 in a single SUV, so a 12-guest party needs two drivers. The peak-week day rate at the upper end of the band is non-negotiable because the medina-driver pool runs at 92 to 96 percent utilisation in December, January, and February.
