A trophy bachelorette villa for a 10-to-18-person group runs USD 9,800 to USD 22,400 for the four-night Thursday-to-Sunday block at the 6-to-8-bedroom band in 2026. The cheapest market in the set is Mallorca at USD 9,800 trophy floor. The most expensive is Tulum at USD 22,400 trophy ceiling, a 32 percent premium over the equivalent Cabo or Punta Mita product. We have audited 12 markets that hold a credible 10-to-18-person bachelorette product at this rate band. Eight of them are worth booking; two are overpriced for what they deliver; two are at the edge for specific groups only. The decision framework is not where to book first. It is what the group actually needs (catering capacity, dance-floor authorisation, photographic windows, transport logistics) and which property in which market supports that brief.
This piece is the 12-market rate card, the size-and-product matrix, and the four warnings that close more bachelorette weekends than any other variable.
The 2026 rate card
| Market | Group size | 4-night trophy band | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tulum | 10 to 16 | USD 14,800 to USD 22,400 | 32% premium. Jungle aesthetic. |
| Cabo San Lucas | 10 to 18 | USD 10,400 to USD 17,200 | Pedregal best. Stronger product. |
| Punta Mita | 10 to 16 | USD 9,800 to USD 16,800 | Four Seasons Private Villas anchor. |
| Miami (Bal Harbour/Surfside) | 10 to 14 | USD 12,400 to USD 18,800 | Climate reliable. Noise-strict. |
| Nashville | 10 to 16 | USD 7,200 to USD 12,400 | Cheapest US option. Music access. |
| Charleston | 10 to 14 | USD 8,400 to USD 13,800 | Lowcountry estates. Slower pace. |
| Mykonos | 10 to 18 | EUR 14,800 to EUR 24,400 | Peak-week premium severe. |
| Ibiza (Cala Jondal/Es Cubells) | 10 to 16 | EUR 12,800 to EUR 21,600 | Club proximity premium. |
| Marrakech | 10 to 16 | EUR 8,400 to EUR 14,800 | Cheapest abroad. Riad caveats. |
| Mallorca (Pollensa) | 10 to 16 | EUR 9,800 to EUR 16,400 | Lowest absolute rate in Europe. |
| Lisbon (Cascais) | 10 to 14 | EUR 10,200 to EUR 16,800 | Newer entrant. Tight inventory. |
| Lake Como | 10 to 12 | EUR 13,800 to EUR 22,400 | Wedding overlap is real. |
Three structural points on the table. First, the group size column is the comfortable sleeping capacity, not the maximum advertised capacity. Most listings overstate by 25 to 40 percent through bunk-room math we have flagged elsewhere. Second, the trophy band reflects the 6-to-8-bedroom band at properties that hold our editorial bar. Below that bar, rates can drop another 20 to 35 percent but the product collapses (shared driveways, off-axis kitchens, noise restrictions). Third, the rate excludes catering, entertainment, photography, and ground transport, which together add USD 5,500 to USD 18,000 to the weekend.
The Tulum premium, quantified
Tulum trades at a 32 percent premium over Cabo and Punta Mita for the equivalent 6-to-7-bedroom Thursday-to-Sunday product. We have tracked this delta consistently since 2023 across three operator channels (Sian Ka'an Villas, Tankah Estates direct-owner, and the LVH Global Tulum book). The premium is real and durable. It is not a quality premium. The driver is photographic. Tulum's jungle, cenote, palapa, and beach-ribbon aesthetic produces the social-media yield that the bachelorette market values at this rate band. Cabo and Punta Mita deliver the stronger physical product (more reliable infrastructure, more polished staffing, more usable beachfront, fewer rain-day risks because the climate is drier and less mosquito-active), but neither produces the same photographic dividend.
The honest read: if photographic yield is the brief, book Tulum and accept the premium. If the group brief is the trip itself and not the post-trip social media, book Cabo Pedregal or Punta Mita Four Seasons Private Villas. The savings on the four-night block fund the upgraded catering, two-person photography team, and welcome-bag budget the Tulum properties tend to push the group past.
One specific Tulum warning. The dirt-road and barrier-island logistics covered in our destination page apply with extra force to a bachelorette group. Trophy properties on the Tankah ribbon are reachable only via 4-to-7 kilometre dirt-road access. Group transfer logistics for a 12-person bachelorette involve two vans, slow speeds, and a real risk that a vehicle gets stuck on a wet evening. Cabo Pedregal and Punta Mita Four Seasons sit on paved access and resolve this entirely.
Eight markets worth booking
Cabo San Lucas (Pedregal, Palmilla) is the strongest US-adjacent bachelorette market. Direct flights from major US hubs at 2h to 3h, reliable climate Oct-to-May, full-staff villa stock, and a strong evening calendar (Flora Farms, Acre, Sunset Mona Lisa, Cabo San Lucas marina). USD 10,400 to USD 17,200 four-night band. The Pedregal trophy stack (6-to-8 bedroom) is the right brief; Palmilla offers a quieter alternative for early-30s groups.
Punta Mita Four Seasons Private Villas is the second-cleanest answer. Resort-anchored amenities solve catering, transport, photography, and group activities (golf, surf, snorkel, polo) without operational risk. USD 9,800 to USD 16,800. Buyers should book direct through the Four Seasons program, not through aggregator channels.
Miami Bal Harbour and Surfside trade reliable climate and walkable beach with quality kitchen and outdoor space. The caveat is the city's strict short-term-rental and noise enforcement. Several properties have lost their rental licences in the past 24 months specifically because of bachelorette-group noise violations . Book through One Sotheby's or a vetted Compass channel and confirm noise-ordinance terms in writing.
Nashville is the cheapest US trophy market in the set. The Hillsboro Village, Belle Meade, and East Nashville stack at USD 7,200 to USD 12,400 four-night offers a different brief (music-scene-anchored Friday and Saturday) than the beach markets. The catch: most Nashville trophy stays cap the group at 10 to 14 occupants, and party-house registration requirements are strict.
Charleston Lowcountry is the slower-pace alternative. Plantation-style 8-to-10-bedroom properties (Brays Island, Palmetto Bluff) at USD 8,400 to USD 13,800 work for the early-30s and 40-something bachelorette where the brief is rest, food, and one celebration dinner rather than three-night dance-floor energy.
Mykonos and Ibiza both work for European-audience or Atlantic-crossing groups but the rate ceiling is severe. Mykonos peak-week (15 July through 25 August) trophy at EUR 18,000 to EUR 24,400 reflects the wider Mykonos 2026 rate report compression. Book outside peak (June or early September) and the same product clears EUR 12,000 to EUR 15,000. Ibiza Cala Jondal and Es Cubells run a similar peak-versus-shoulder spread documented in the Ibiza 2026 Cala Jondal rate card.
Mallorca Pollensa is the European value play at EUR 9,800 to EUR 16,400. The catch is that the brief is quieter than Ibiza or Mykonos. Pollensa works for a group that wants the Mediterranean light, a long pool, and a day-trip to Palma without the late-night club energy.
Two markets that are overpriced
Lake Como is overpriced for the bachelorette use case at EUR 13,800 to EUR 22,400 for a 10-to-12-person Thursday-to-Sunday. The product is wedding-led and the wedding market crowds the operators, the catering channel, and the photographer roster from May through September. The villa stock that takes a bachelorette booking is often the post-wedding fill-in stock, which compromises the trophy quality.
Marrakech is overpriced for the photographic-yield brief and underpriced for the rest-and-food brief. The riad inventory at EUR 8,400 to EUR 14,800 is appealing on paper but the bachelorette-group fit is uneven: shared courtyards in many riads compromise privacy, the dance-floor authorisation is more friction than it should be, and the late-night logistics in the Medina are not bachelorette-group friendly. Recommend Marrakech only for design-led, smaller (8-to-12-person) groups who explicitly want the riad aesthetic over the pool-villa default.
The four warnings
First, confirm dance-floor authorisation in writing before signing. Many trophy villas restrict speaker setups, prohibit DJs, or limit the dance area to specific rooms with tiled floor and load limits. The standard contract clause should specify decibel limits, indoor versus outdoor authorisation, and cut-off times.
Second, confirm group transport logistics from the airport, between the villa and any club or restaurant booking, and back from late-night venues. A 12-person group cannot rely on rideshare in most of the rate-card markets and the operator-provided shuttle is the right ask.
Third, confirm the bedroom configuration matches the group. The standard listing math (six bedrooms sleeps 12) usually requires two of the six to be twin or bunk configurations. Bachelorette groups rarely accept twin bunks for the maid of honour roster. Insist on king-bed-equivalent counts.
Fourth, confirm the catering and bartender supply before booking. The bachelorette catering channel is the most-overstretched supply in Tulum, Mykonos, and Ibiza in peak. A late catering booking can produce a USD 350-per-head food line that does not deliver the product the group budgeted.
